“We were there early in the season, and as luck would have it, it was the latest ice out in a long time. However, it was fascinating to watch the ice come in to shore and break up on the sand bar. And when the lake was officially declared ice-free, we got to watch the grader come and smooth down the beach all the way around the bay. My three-year-old grandson especially loved that! The house was very comfortable, and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Perfect for families.”
